Robus Athletics and \u00d6\u00d6D H\u00f6tels<\/a> have created this collaboration in order to bring you the ultimate wellness experience.   <\/p>

To keep balance in life, we need regular exercise. When you work out, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce the perception of pain and also trigger a positive feeling in the body.   <\/p>

This here, is a Robus BUILD circuit training routine, which is meant to target all of your major muscle groups. <\/p>

The exercise routine is suitable for everyone. When you are a beginner start with bands number 1 and 2. If you want to challenge yourself, simply use bands number 3 and 4 or use the stacking method for extra endurance. <\/p>
